Submitting
a file for production
We support both PC and Macintosh format and be rest assure
that there will be no problem with file conversion. Files can
be send directly to us in a disk or you may want to send the
file to us via Email
Preparing
files for printing
-
Here is a checklist of things to look out
for when preparing a file.
-
Specify all fonts that are used in your
art work. Text must be converted "TO PATH". This
will enable the correct font to be used and to prevent time
loss and additional cost in matching and re-creation for
accuracy

Specify all colour as process colour. i.e..,
CMYK, and Attached Pantone codes (Preferred) for Solid colour
prints.

Specify the proper resolutions for graphics
and images, and to ensure all bitmap images are large enough
to be produce at the desire resolutions

Label and mark all graphics files and folder
clearly, and do not "Re-Use" file names. Provide
a printed proof of your art work Keep back-up copies of
your file
*Note : Disk must be accompanied with a colour print out
of the final artwork. When submitting source (softcopy),
ensure proper layout of image/graphic and make available
colour visual/guide or trans for reference. This will assist
to reduce time in getting the right images from the disk.
